Position Overview  

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Ryan White Program Manager to join our team to manage our Konnect II, Non-Medical Case Management, and Housing Opportunities for People with AIDS (HOPWA) Team. This role is critical in managing high-quality services as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team, while addressing social justice through an antiracist lens.  

Salary: 75K – 80K/yr 

Key Responsibilities  

Program Management 

  • Oversee daily operations of the Ryan White program, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and organizational goals.  

  • Supervise and mentor case managers and peer navigators, fostering a collaborative team environment.  

Client Services 

  • Develop and implement tailored case plans that promote self-sufficiency and enhance the quality of life for clients.  

  • Conduct comprehensive outreach activities, including HIV testing and counseling, while maintaining cultural sensitivity.  

Community Engagement  

  • Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, social service providers, and health agencies to enhance service delivery and support.  

  • Create and execute Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with partner agencies.  

Data Management  

  • Maintain accurate electronic client records and ensure data integrity in compliance with funder requirements.  

  • Prepare and present reports on program outcomes to the Program Director and stakeholders.  

Advocacy and Education  

  • Lead educational initiatives to raise awareness about HIV prevention and care within targeted communities.  

  • Promote risk reduction strategies among clients and their networks.  

Team Collaboration 

  • Participate in agency training programs and facilitate workshops to enhance staff skills and knowledge.  

  • Work closely with the Linkage to Care Coordinator to connect individuals to essential services.  

Required Qualifications  

Education 

  • Master’s Degree in Community Health, Social Work, or a related field; or a bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience in case management or community health advocacy.  

Experience  

  • Minimum of one year of experience in case management or related fields.  

  • Demonstrated success in building coalitions and partnerships within diverse communities.  

  • Knowledge and experience of Ryan White Parts A&B and HOPWA is desirable but not necessary.  

Skills  

  • Bilingual language skills (read, write, and speak) English required but Spanish preferred.  

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with public speaking experience a plus.  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).  

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Commitment to social justice and an understanding of the intersectionality of race, poverty, and health.  

  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including men who have sex with men (MSM) and communities of color.  

  • Sound judgment, initiative, and discretion in handling sensitive information.  

Physical Demands 

  • Must possess a valid Washington State Driver’s License and reliable transportation with the minimum required insurance.  

  • A willingness to work non-traditional hours as needed.
